I first met Jennifer Lawless after having had several conversations over the course of 3-4 years with representatives from various solar companies. Each time, I would begin the conversation with representatives by telling them that I wanted to be educated about solar, fully understand how it worked, and figure out financially the best way to make it happen. My home is ideally situated for solar so I had been eager to pursue getting panels on my roof for years. However, I ended each conversation with these representatives confused and frustrated.

This did not happen with Jennifer. I felt so happy about my meetings with her! She took the time to listen to my questions and answer them completely. She never seemed frustrated by the number of my questions nor my initial inability to understand how solar worked. Unlike representatives from other companies, Jennifer was extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind, and attentive. She was able to explain how a solar system worked in a down-to-earth and logical fashion as well as outline the entire process involved in applying, qualifying, and having solar panels installed in a way that did not feel overwhelming or confusing. That sold me.

As I went through the process, Jennifer was always available to explain every aspect from application and documentation to installation and billing. All of this helped me to feel comfortable, secure and excited about the process. I never worried that I would be left without answers or to figure out things alone. I highly recommend Jennifer and applaud her ability to communicate, educate and support all new clients.
